Gabrielle Reynolds serves as Chief Operating Officer of Convera Creative Group, Inc., bringing a unique combination of educational leadership, entrepreneurial execution, and creative vision to the company’s operational strategy. With a career spanning classroom education, e-commerce entrepreneurship, and entertainment production, Gabrielle provides the operational foundation that enables Convera to scale its multi-vertical business model while maintaining cultural authenticity and creative excellence.

Gabrielle’s professional foundation was built in elementary education, where she developed expertise in communication, mentoring, curriculum development, and systematic management of complex learning environments. Her experience as an educator instilled the ability to translate vision into actionable plans, manage diverse stakeholders with empathy and clarity, and create systems that deliver consistent results—skills central to her approach as COO of a growing entertainment enterprise.

Following her teaching career, Gabrielle built extensive entrepreneurial experience as founder of two e-commerce ventures: Gaye’s Gardening LLC and Fine Items Arena Shop. Through these businesses, she developed expertise in brand development, digital marketing strategy, social media campaigns, and customer acquisition. This hands-on experience navigating competitive markets informs Convera’s operational strategy and approach to scaling creative businesses in the digital economy.

As COO, Gabrielle oversees Convera’s day-to-day operations across multiple business verticals, including television screenwriting, talent management, e-commerce, children’s content, and technology development. She manages cross-functional team coordination, operational workflows, resource allocation, and strategic execution of growth initiatives, ensuring Convera maintains organizational discipline and efficiency as it scales from startup to sustainable entertainment enterprise.

Under Gabrielle’s operational leadership, Convera Creative Group is developing ASCENDANCY, a four-season Afrofuturist supernatural drama series that serves as the company’s flagship project. Gabrielle’s role extends beyond operations—as executive writer for the ASCENDANCY universe, she contributes to creative development of narratives that demonstrate Convera’s commitment to intellectually rigorous, culturally grounded storytelling.

Gabrielle holds a detail-oriented, results-driven approach to organizational management, ensuring every project under the Convera banner operates with financial discipline, operational precision, and alignment to the company’s creative vision. Her goal is to build Convera into a multi-vertical entertainment company that creates sustainable value through operational excellence, strategic partnerships, and scalable systems that empower bold storytelling.
