Investment Opportunity
Convera Creative Group, Inc. is currently seeking equity investment partners to accelerate a diversified, multi-subsidiary entertainment holding company with original IP, an experienced executive team, and a strategic vision built for the long game.
Why CCG. Why Now.
The entertainment and creative industries are undergoing a structural shift. Streaming has democratized distribution. Audiences are actively seeking diverse, culturally authentic stories. And the infrastructure gap — the space between brilliant creative ideas and the business systems required to monetize them at scale — has never been wider or more exploitable.
Convera Creative Group was purpose-built to close that gap. We are not a single project looking for a production budget. We are a holding company with five active business verticals, a fully developed flagship IP in prestige television, an emerging children's publishing brand, and an executive team with the operational depth to execute across all of them.
Investing in CCG means investing in a portfolio — diversified by industry, unified by vision, and built on infrastructure designed to scale.
Five Verticals. One Strategic Vision.
CCG operates through five subsidiaries designed to grow independently while reinforcing one another. Growth in one vertical creates opportunity in the others.
Content & IP Development
Original properties for film, television, and publishing — with licensing, distribution, and adaptation revenue streams.
Talent Management
Artist representation generating commission revenue and a talent pipeline for CCG's own productions.
Technology
Proprietary digital tools and platforms reducing production overhead and creating competitive advantage across all business units.
E-Commerce
Consumer-facing retail brands extending CCG's creative identity into direct-to-consumer revenue.
Production & Media Services
In-house photography, videography, and content production capabilities supporting CCG's creative projects and IP development across all business units.
Flagship IP: ASCENDANCY
In prestige television, IP is everything. Networks, streaming platforms, and production companies compete aggressively for original properties that arrive fully formed — with a developed world, a clear vision, and creative leadership ready to execute. ASCENDANCY is that property.
Set 50 years after a catastrophic technological event known as the Algorithm Glitch, ASCENDANCY is an Afrofuturist supernatural drama series centered on Brenea Thorne — a young Black woman in a reimagined Detroit navigating a fractured world, discovering extraordinary power, and fighting to protect everything she loves. Designed for the prestige television landscape, the series arrives investment-ready.
- Complete mythology, world-building bible, and Series Bible — fully documented
- Five production-ready Season 1 scripts
- Full visual identity, character profiles, and original concept art
- Active outreach underway to management firms, production companies, and representation
- Atlanta-based production positioning — among the most incentive-rich markets in the U.S.
Children's Publishing: BKR Creative Work
The global children's book market is a multi-billion dollar industry — and its most durable properties don't just sell books. They sell characters, licensing deals, educational curriculum partnerships, merchandise lines, and multimedia adaptations for decades.
CCG's publishing vertical, operating through BKR Creative Work LLC, is developing original children's properties with the long-term franchise model in mind. Mad Maks the Monster Who Found His Words — a social-emotional learning picture book and the first title in the Monster Grove universe — is designed to grow into a recognizable brand across publishing, licensing, educational partnerships, and children's media. The Girl Who Cried Ow expands the footprint further, demonstrating a deliberate multi-title strategy from the outset.
Two content verticals. Two audiences. One company with the infrastructure to serve both.
Executive Leadership
CCG's executive team spans content development, financial management, technology infrastructure, talent strategy, operations, and human resources. This is not a team built after funding — it is a team that built the company before asking for capital.
