Jordyn Reynolds serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Convera Creative Group, Inc., responsible for building organizational culture, talent infrastructure, and people-centric policies that enable the company to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent across all subsidiaries. With hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR systems, combined with an educational foundation in psychology and family studies, Jordyn brings a detail-oriented, empathetic approach to human resources leadership that prioritizes both organizational effectiveness and employee wellbeing.

Jordyn’s professional foundation was built through direct HR operations experience, including I-9 verification, E-Verify processing, new hire onboarding, and benefits administration. Her proficiency in HR systems such as UKG, combined with practical experience in recruiting and candidate screening, provides comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle from initial contact through ongoing support. This operational expertise ensures Convera’s HR infrastructure is built on proven processes that deliver consistent, compliant, and employee-centered results.

Jordyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Children and Family Studies from Columbia College, with a minor in Leadership. This interdisciplinary background equips her with deep insight into human behavior, interpersonal dynamics, and developmental processes that inform her approach to organizational culture development and employee relations. Her psychology training enables her to design performance management systems and professional development frameworks that account for individual motivation, team dynamics, and the psychological factors that drive engagement and retention.

As CHRO, Jordyn is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, developing competitive compensation structures and benefits packages, implementing performance evaluation systems, and creating onboarding programs and skill development initiatives. She serves as advocate for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment across all organizational levels. Her role encompasses compliance with employment laws, implementation of HR technology systems, and organizational design that supports efficient operations.
