Mark Miller serves as Chief Technology Officer of Convera Creative Group, Inc., overseeing all technology infrastructure, systems architecture, and digital innovation across the company’s multi-vertical operations. With over 15 years of experience in enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing solutions, Mark brings deep technical expertise in SQL Server technologies, ETL processes, business intelligence platforms, and enterprise systems management that enables Convera to leverage technology as strategic advantage.
Mark’s professional foundation was built through extensive healthcare technology experience, most recently as Senior Analytics Developer at UCHealth, where he serves as subject matter expert for Epic Cogito data warehousing. His expertise encompasses developing SSIS ETL packages, managing database maintenance and performance optimization, and building automated reporting solutions using SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, and QlikView. This enterprise-scale systems experience translates directly into his ability to architect robust technology infrastructure for Convera’s diverse business units.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Information Systems from the University of Colorado. His educational foundation in business technology combined with hands-on technical mastery positions him to bridge strategic business objectives with technical implementation. As CTO, Mark designs IT infrastructure across all subsidiaries, establishes cybersecurity protocols to protect intellectual property, and implements scalable cloud-based storage and computing solutions that enable remote collaboration and operational flexibility.
As executive liaison for Nexoria Technology—Convera’s technology development subsidiary—Mark oversees all app development projects and coordinates cross-subsidiary technology collaborations. He manages enterprise-wide systems including ERP, CRM, project management platforms, and collaborative tools, evaluating and integrating operational software that enhances productivity across television screenwriting, talent management, e-commerce, and children’s content production. His systematic approach ensures technology investments deliver measurable value while maintaining ecurity, reliability, and scalability.
Known for translating complex technical data into meaningful insights, Mark collaborates closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and design solutions aligned with strategic objectives. He researches emerging technologies that could enhance Convera’s capabilities, establishes vendor partnerships to ensure access to cutting-edge tools, and provides technical training to staff to maximize technology adoption and effectiveness.
